When you register for a GGN account, we collect your username, email address. As you participate in the forum, we also store the posts and other content you submit.
Emails and passwords are hashed and salted to prevent PII leaks in the case of a database breach.

The personal information we collect is used to maintain your account, personalize your experience, and communicate with you about GGN activity. We use your email to send notifications about posts, contact you about your account, and share GGN updates and promotions.

GGN will never sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
We do not log or store IP information, PII (outside of hashed and salted email addresses), or any other type of access logs.

We do, however, prevent logging, host our servers in an offshore takedown resiliant data center, and conduct offensive penetration tests on a biannual basis.

GGN does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
